1. General
Studio Beautique is a boutique skin and beauty clinic located in Perth, WA. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or engaging with our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These policies ensure a smooth, respectful, and safe experience for all clients.
2. Appointments & Bookings
• All appointments must be booked under your full legal name.
• A valid mobile number and email address are required for confirmations and reminders.
• New clients may be required to complete a consultation form prior to treatment.
• Some treatments require a patch test or pre‑treatment consultation for safety.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No‑Shows
To respect our time and other clients:
• Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
• Changes made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booked service.
• No‑shows or repeated late cancellations may be charged 100% of the appointment value and may require prepayment for future bookings.
• Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment or the need to reschedule, with fees applied as above
4. Deposits & Payments
• Some services require a non‑refundable deposit at the time of booking.
• Deposits are deducted from your final appointment cost.
• Deposits are transferable only with more than 24 hours’ notice.
• Payments can be made via EFTPOS, credit card, or approved payment methods in‑clinic.
• Prices are subject to change without notice.
5. Treatment Suitability & Contraindications
Your safety is our priority.
• Studio Beautique reserves the right to decline or postpone a treatment if it is unsafe or contraindicated.
• You must disclose all relevant medical conditions, medications, allergies, and recent treatments.
• Failure to disclose information may result in treatment refusal and/or full service charges.
6. Results & Expectations
• Individual results vary based on skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare.
• No treatment can guarantee specific outcomes.
• Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for clinical documentation and progress tracking.
Use of images for marketing will only occur with your written consent.
7. Refunds & Returns
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind on services.
• Retail products may be returned or exchanged only if unopened, unused, and in original condition within 14 days.
• Faulty products will be replaced in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
8. Gift Vouchers
• Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers are non‑refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Lost or stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
9. Children & Guests
• For safety and insurance reasons, children and additional guests are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
• Please arrange childcare prior to your appointment.
10. Privacy
• All personal information is kept confidential and used solely for treatment and communication purposes.
• We do not share your information with third parties unless required by law.
11. COVID‑19 & Health Policies
• If you are unwell, please reschedule your appointment.
• Studio Beautique reserves the right to refuse service to anyone presenting with symptoms of illness.
12. Agreement
By booking an appointment or purchasing a service/product from Studio Beautique, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
