Our IPL (Intense Pulsed Light) and SHR (Super Hair Removal) treatments use advanced light based technology to gently target hair follicles beneath the skin. The energy is absorbed by the pigment in the hair, disrupting the growth cycle and reducing regrowth over time. SHR works with in motion technology where the hand piece is always in motion over the skin. Gradual heating and repeated pulses, making the process more comfortable while still highly effective. Unlike laser SHR can be had all year round.
To fully treat the area you may require approximately 6- 10 treatments at 4 – 8 week intervals. This regime is important to maintain so the the treatments get hair at its optimal regrowth stage. Near the end of the course of treatments longer intervals will be needed to maintain results.
