RETURN & REFUND POLICY

 

We are committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you receive products from Studio Beautique that you are not 100% satisfied with, we will accept returns within 5 days of purchase.

Please contact us by emailing info@studiobeautique.com.au to request a return authorisation.

 

Processing time for returns takes up to 14 business days from when the return is received. Products must be unopened, unused and with all original packaging and/or labels intact.

 

Once we have received your return, the products will be inspected to ensure they meet our standards and qualify for a change of mind return. If we are satisfied with the condition of the goods, we will provide you with a refund to the value of the product/s. If the condition of the product/s does not meet our standards the product/s will be returned to the customer at the customers cost.

If you believe the product you have received is faulty please contact us immediately. Faulty products will be treated the same as a change of mind returns until we receive the returned good for inspection. If we believe the product/s are faulty we will provide you with a full refund.

Please choose your purchases carefully as once they are opened they cannot be refunded or exchanged.
